1. Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies and is shown at checkout.
2. Delivery timelines
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote areas: 7–10 business days
3. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.
4. Discreet packaging
Every Nepokit order is shipped in plain, discreet packaging that does not reveal the contents, for your complete privacy.
5. Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, public holidays or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any significant delays.
